Most of what I know, I learned by shipping it.
I started building before I really knew what I was doing — an AI learning platform for kids in 2020, then a Q&A engine that grew to 92M impressions a year later. The pattern stuck: pick something real, ship it, learn in the open, repeat.
Today that means applied ML — vision-language coaching at Niera AI, no-code AI tooling at Phlux — alongside quant alpha research and teaching AI to tens of thousands of learners. Different surfaces, same loop.
